MARC Table and Chair or Printed Material Request Form

Please use the form below to let us know if you would like to have a table in one of the centers or multiple centers. We also need to know if you would like chair(s) with the table(s). If you don’t need a table, would you like to have printed material at the location(s)? If so, Indicate that and we can let you know when and where to drop off the material for distribution.

The MARCs are projected to be open Saturday, May 22 thru Friday, May 28, 2021. There will be one MARC in each county listed here: Davidson, Wilson, and Williamson
