Request for Support from Civil Air Patrol

Tennessee Wing is holding a Search and Rescue Exercise (22-T-5404) from 24 Jul to 30 Jul. We will have 160 Cadets and Senior Members signed into the mission and need support for meals (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner) starting with Breakfast on Monday, 25 July through Lunch on 29 July. We have been trying to source MREs (Near expired or just expired) to bring down costs with a plan to use those for lunch. The location has a full Dining Facility with utensils and commercial appliances as well as food storage (cold, warm, frozen). We have members of the exercise assigned to assist with Food Service and will do the clean up and assist with any loading/unloading needed. The sooner we know what is covered the more work we can do making our own menu. We do have limited funds to help groups helping us as needed; but of course the more we can get to help go towards mission costs the better. I can work out budget details with folks if they are needing some money to go back towards the organization(s).
